Who's behind Viiyoo

Built to the standard of a trading desk. Applied to UK housing.

On a trading desk, a number that cannot be explained is a risk, not a rounding error. Viiyoo was built by someone who spent years building systems held to that standard, and then years working with UK housing data. It is the standard the product is held to.

The standard

Disciplines from finance,
built into the product.

What a regulated trading platform demands, and what it means when you use Viiyoo.

01

Every number has a source

Each figure links to the record it came from and its date: the sale, the letting, the certificate, the register. Open any home and follow its working.

02

Calculations are tested code

Valuations, rents, underwriting, stamp duty and grant are computed by tested code. No figure comes from a language model, and any narrative it drafts is checked against the platform's own figures.

03

Models are measured against outcomes

Valuations are tested on homes that have since sold, and the results are published, including where Viiyoo is less sure. How accurate it is.

04

Unknowns are stated, not guessed

When a fact is missing, Viiyoo says so: "cannot tell" rather than a confident guess, and every gap with what would close it.

05

Controls and sign-off

Your own person releases the work. Overrides need a reason and are printed with who made them; nothing released changes afterwards, and a full audit trail is kept.

Knowing the data

UK housing data has traps. Viiyoo is built around them.

The same home, twice

Duplicates removed

A home listed on more than one portal is shown once, so counts and shortlists are not inflated.

No house number

Placed with care

A listing without a number is matched only where one home fits, or screened against each home it could be, with "confirm the house number" as a condition.

Not a home

Commercial left out

Shops, takeaways and mixed-use listings are not treated as homes, and auction lots are recognised from the listing.

The rent you collect

Right rent, right sleeve

Social and LHA-let homes are underwritten at the rent they will actually be let at, and LAHF grant is estimated per home, never assumed.

Why Viiyoo exists

The gap
it closes.

Teams that buy homes at scale make decisions worth millions on spreadsheets assembled by hand, from data scattered across portals and public registers. The work is slow, it is hard to repeat, and when a committee, an auditor or a resident asks why, the answer is often a person's memory.

Viiyoo does that work in the open: the whole market screened against your rules, every exclusion with its reason, every gap stated, and every figure traced to its source, released by your own team. The same standard a trading platform holds a price to, applied to a home.

Test it on homes you know.
