Privacy notice

Last updated 27 September 2026

This notice explains how Proanex Ltd ("Proanex", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit viiyoo.com or contact us. Separate terms and a separate privacy notice apply to customers of Viiyoo, and are provided when you sign up.

Who we are

Proanex Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17461523. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect and why

DataWhy we use itLawful basis
Your name, email address, organisation, topic and message when you use the contact form or email us, plus the country your request came fromTo reply, and to provide early access or information you asked forLegitimate interests in responding to enquiries; steps before a contract where you ask for a service
Technical data your browser sends when it loads a page (such as IP address and browser type), processed by our hosting providerTo deliver the site securely and keep it runningLegitimate interests in operating a secure website

When you send the contact form, your message is stored securely by our hosting provider and a copy is emailed to our team. To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated software; it does not set advertising cookies. We keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to two years only to limit repeated submissions; it cannot be turned back into your address.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers; Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (Microsoft) and the service that delivers form notifications to us (Resend), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship, in which case the customer privacy notice applies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
